中西医结合治疗对普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗对普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法收集确诊普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者67例,分为观察组33例、对照组34例。对照组发病期给予常规氧疗、抗病毒、抗炎、止咳化痰等治疗,恢复期不给予药物。观察组在对照组的基础上,发病期给予“肺炎一号方”中药颗粒、恢复期给予“肺炎恢复方”中药颗粒。对两组患者发病初期(第1周)及恢复期(第4周)的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行比较分析。结果患者的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+T淋巴细胞计数在发病初期下降、恢复期上升。观察组的CD3^+、CD4^+细胞上升幅度明显大于对照组,组间及组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CD4^+/CD8^+上升,对照组下降,治疗前后差值组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可调控T淋巴细胞的表达,促进患者免疫功能恢复,是治疗普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎的有效方法。Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with normal type of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods Sixty-seven patients diagnosed with normal type of COVID-19 were collected and divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(34 cases).The control group was treated with conventional oxygen therapy,antiviral,anti-inflammatory,and symptomatic treatment;and no drug was given during the recovery period.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given with FeiyanYihao Chinese medicine granules throughout the whole course.The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups of patients at the beginning(first week)and the recovery period(fourth week).Results The CD3^+,CD4^+,and CD8^+T lymphocyte counts of the patients decreased in the early stages of onset and increased during the recovery period.The increase of CD3^+and CD4^+cells in the treatment group was significantly prominent than that in the control group(P<0.05).CD4^+/CD8^+was significantly increased in the treatment group,and decreased in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can regulate the expression of T lymphocytes and promote the recovery of immune function in patients.It is an effective treatment for the treatment of normal type of COVID-19.
