摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环管理体系在医院消毒中心管理中的应用价值。方法2016年3月~2017年3月未实施PDCA循环为实施前,2017年4月~2018年3月实施PDCA循环为实施后,实施前后清洗器械均来源于我院消毒中心,比较实施前后器械清洗合格、器械相关知识掌握评分、临床医生和护士对操作人员满意度。结果实施后器械清洗合格率、器械相关知识掌握评分分别为99.6%(1658/1665)、(29.5±8.6)分,均显著高于实施前的91.4%(1485/1625)、(21.6±6.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后对操作人员满意度为98.4%(123/125),显著高于实施前的89.6%(112/125),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理体系应用于医院消毒中心管理中有助于提高器械清洗质量,提升对供应中心的满意度,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of PDCA(plan,do,check,action)cycle management system in the management of hospital disinfection centers.Methods The PDCA cycle was not implemented from March 2016 to March 2017,and the PDCA cycle was implemented from April 2017 to March 2018.All the cleaning instruments were sourced from our disinfection center.Qualified rate of instrument cleaning,equipment related knowledge mastery score,clinician and nurse satisfaction with operation were compared before and after implementation.Results After implementation,the qualified rate of instrument cleaning and the scores of equipment-related knowledge were 99.6%(1658/1665)and(29.5±8.6)points,which were significantly higher than the 91.4%(1485/1625)and(21.6±6.2)points before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction with the operator after implementation was 98.4%(123/125),which was significantly higher than the 89.6%(112/125)before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the PDCA cycle management system in hospital disinfection centers is helpful to improve the quality of equipment cleaning and increase the satisfaction with the supply center.It is worth further promotion and application.
