摘 要:以国内某电厂亚临界一次再热、中储式热风送粉系统锅炉为例,介绍等离子点火燃烧器的基本原理,分析在锅炉停运时间小于3 d、粉仓预留有煤粉和锅炉停运时间长、粉仓无粉这两种典型工况下等离子点火的启动方式及运行操控要点,供同类型机组运行和调试借鉴参考。The application of the plasma ignition and stable combustion device in the coal-fired boiler brings about remarkable economic and environmental benefits.Taking the subcritical boiler with single reheat and intermediate storage bunker hot-blast air powder feeding system in a power plant for example,this paper introduces the basic principle of the plasma ignition burner.In addition,it analyzes the start modes and the key control points of the plasma ignition in two typical conditions:the boiler has stopped working for less than 3 days with pulverized coal in the powder bunker or the boiler has stopped working for a long time with no pulverized coal in the powder bunker.The results can provide reference for the operation and debugging of similar units.
