摘　　要：针对涡轮轴发动机外场总装后试车发现的润滑系统循环不畅的故障现象,进行故障原因分析,根据故障排除方案,最终确定了发动机润滑系统循环不畅是该系统产生了气塞,来源于该系统组件堵塞和管路堵塞.为涡轮轴发动机故障排除和维护工作提供参考与借鉴.We analyzed the cause of the failure of the lubrication circulation fault found after the outfield test assembly of turbo-shaft engine.According to the troubleshooting plan,we finally determined that the poor circulation of engine lubrication system was caused by air block in the system which originated from the component block and pipeline block.The research result provided reference for troubleshooting and maintenance of turbo-shaft engine.
