摘　　要：为加强职业院校实验实训教学仪器设备的科学管理,解决设备的维护、保养问题,引入企业点检定修管理制度,结合在实验实训基地设备管理维护中积累的经验,从提高管理意识、完善基础工作两方面详细阐述职业院校点检定修管理制度的应用方法,从而满足院校实训实验教学需求,并切实提高实验实训管理水平.This paper introduced point inspection and regular maintenance management system from the enterprise in order to strengthen the scientific management of experimental training teaching instruments and equipment in vocational colleges,and address the issues of the equipment maintenance.Combining with the experience accumulated in the equipment management and maintenance at the experimental training bases,we expounded the application methods of the management system in vocational colleges from two aspects of improving management awareness and enhancing fundamental work.Accordingly,the needs of experimental training teaching can be satisfied and the management level can be effectively improved.
