摘　　要：为更好地发挥科技论文表格直观呈现、快速比较和引用分析的表达作用,阐述了表格的加工技巧.指出表格加工应遵循必要性原则,即删除无用表和简单表,合并同类表;应坚持自明性原则,即准确表达表题、正确归类栏目、善于借助表注;应践行可读性原则,即规范使用量和单位,巧用辅助线,数据处理规范易读.编辑实践表明:实施三原则,能够推进科技期刊编排的标准化和规范化.In order to give full play to the expression function of intuitive presentation,rapid comparison and citation analysis of tables in scientific papers,we expounded the processing skills of tables.We pointed out that editors should follow the principle of necessity when processing tables,that is,useless tables and simple tables should be deleted,and similar tables should be merged;and editors should adhere to the principle of self-evidence,that is,table titles should be expressed accurately,columns should be classified correctly,notes of tables should be used properly;what′s more,editors should practice the principle of readability,that is,the usage of quantities and units should be regulated,auxiliary line should be used skillfully,and the data processing should be standardized and easy to read.The editing practice shows that the implementation of the three principles can promote the standardization and normalization of editing and typesetting of sci-tech periodicals.
