摘 要:以甲醛、二氨基二苯甲烷及双酚F为原料合成了一种新型主链型苯并噁嗪树脂,采用红外光谱、差示扫描量热及热失重分析对产物进行了表征。采用该新型主链型苯并噁嗪树脂制备层压板,并与其他苯并噁嗪树脂层压板进行性能对比。结果表明:该树脂固化物的玻璃化转变温度为215℃,5%热失重温度为380.2℃,氮气气氛下,800℃下的残留率为42.15%;压制的玻璃布层压板弯曲强度为643 MPa,热态弯曲强度保持率为72.9%,冲击强度为126 kJ/m2,介电常数和介质损耗因数分别低至3.97和0.49%。该新型主链型苯并噁嗪层压板的柔韧性和介电性能均优于常规苯并噁嗪层压板。A main chain-type benzoxazine(MCBZ) was synthesized from formaldehyde, diamino diphenylmethane, and bisphenol F, and it was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermogravimetric analysis. Then MCBZ was used to prepare a glass cloth reinforced composite laminate, and the properties of the laminate were compared with other benzoxazine(BOZ) laminates. The results show that the glass transition temperature of MCBZ is 215 ℃, the 5% thermogravimetric temperature is 380 ℃, and the residual rate at 800 ℃ is 42.15%. The bending strength of MCBOZ laminate is643 MPa, the hot bending strength retention rate is 72.9%, the impact strength is 126 kJ/m2, and the dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor is as low as 3.97 and 0.49%, respectively. Both the flexibility and dielectric property of the MCBZ laminate are better than that of the traditional BOZ laminates.
