摘 要:通过分析零件的形状及结构特点,确定零件的成形工艺方案,利用AutoForm R7对零件进行拉深成形性分析,确定拉深方向、拉深筋类型、成形力和压边力,再进行零件回弹分析,确定回弹工序及回弹补偿方案,根据分析回弹数值进行补偿,再次进行回弹分析,以达到预期效果。AutoForm R7成形性分析及回弹分析的准确性得到了现场验证,对类似零件的工艺方案及回弹补偿方案有一定参考价值。By analyzing the shape and structural characteristics of the parts, the process scheme of the parts was determined. AutoForm R7 was used to analyze the formability of drawing parts, and the stamping direction, the type of draw bead, the forming force and blank holder force were determined. The springback of part was analyzed and the springback compensation scheme was determined through analyzing the springback process.Then, the compensation was carried out according to the springback value, and the springback was analyzed again, so as to achieve the expected effect. The accuracy of AutoForm R7 of formability and springback analysis was verified and confirmed on the spot. It had a good reference value for similar product process sckeme and springback compensation.
