摘  要:通过对点火开关锁壳和锁芯进行形体分析,找到了锁壳和锁芯外形凸台障碍体,采用分型面将压铸模分成动、定模,避开了凸台障碍体对锁壳和锁芯脱模的阻挡。锁壳存在上、下端轴向型孔,以型芯为轴向镶件,再利用模具开闭运动完成其成型和抽芯,锁芯存在侧向型槽和型孔及上端轴向型槽,采用2个侧滑块抽芯机构和定模轴向型芯镶件完成其成型和抽芯。合理设计了浇注系统和冷却系统,选择合适的模具材料和热处理工艺,延长了压铸模使用寿命,保证了零件成型质量和大批量生产。Through analyzing the shape of the lock case and lock cylinder of ignition lock,the barriers of the lock case and lock cylinder were found,and the die casting die was divided into moving half and fixed half along the parting level,which avoided the obstruction of the boss barriers to the demoulding of the lock case and lock cylinder.There are holes at the upper and lower of lock case.Taking the core as the axial insert,the forming and core pulling were depended on the opening and closing operation of die.The lock cylinder had lateral groove and lateral hole and the upper axial groove,the forming and core pulling were finished by using two lateral slider core-pulling mechanisms and axial core insert of fixed half of die.The gating system and cooling system were reasonable designed,and the die part materials and heat treatment process were reasonable selected,which prolonged the service life of die casting die and ensured the quality of products and mass production.
