摘　　要：多孔蒸压砂砖及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料领域。所述多孔蒸压砂砖包括以下质量百分比的原料:磷石膏3%~8%、粉煤灰15%~25%、电石渣15%~25%、湿排灰5%~10%、建筑垃圾5%~15%、粗集料40%~50%。在多孔蒸压砂砖的配方中提高粗集料的比例,从而提高了多孔蒸压砂砖内部的孔隙率,在结晶失水时内部有空间释放应力,不会传递到外部,从而降低了干燥收缩值,避免后期墙体开裂,蒸压灰砂砖以砂子、石灰石为主要原料,采用压制成型,蒸压养护工艺,生产技术成熟,具有优良的物理力学性能,能满足现有建筑工程的需要,是一种可实现工业化大规模生产的墙材。The porous autoclaved sand brick comprises the following raw materials:3%~8%phosphogypsum,15%~25%fly ash,15%~25%carbide slag,5%~10%wet ash discharge,5%~15%construction waste and 40%~50%coarse aggregate.By increasing the proportion of coarse aggregate in the formula of porous autoclaved sand brick,the porosity of porous autoclaved sand brick is increased,and there is space to release the stress in the inner when the crystal loses water,which will not transfer to the outside,thus reducing the drying shrinkage value,with sand and limestone as the main raw materials,the autoclaved sand brick is a kind of wall material which can be pro⁃duced on a large scale.Sand brick has excellent physical and mechanical properties,which can meet the needs of existing construction projects.
