摘　　要：为缓解大学生就业压力,协调区域发展,党和国家出台了一系列鼓励大学生到基层就业、西部就业的政策。通过人才输血工程提振当地经济、文化发展,助力精准扶贫,为实现全面建成小康社会提供了必要的人才保障。西南民族大学彝语言文学专业立足民族地区,近年来学生就业多以基层项目为主,该文旨在通过对近几年该专业就业形势分析、研判,了解该专业学生基层就业的关键影响因素,并通过分析研究提出应对性策略。In order to alleviate the pressure of college students’ employment and coordinate the regional development, the Party and the state have issued a series of policies to encourage college students to work at the grass-roots level and in the West. The talent transfusion project has boosted local economic and cultural development, helped targeted poverty alleviation, and provided the necessary talent guarantee for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. The Yi language and literature major of Southwest Minzu University is based on ethnic areas. In recent years, most of the students’ employment is based on grass-roots projects. This paper aims to understand the key factors affecting the grass-roots employment of students of this major by analyzing and judging the employment situation of this major in recent years and proposes coping strategies.
