摘  要:博士生培养是高等教育的最高层次,其教育质量和数量是衡量一个国家高等教育发达程度和文化科学发展水平的重要标准。在我国全面推进"双一流"建设关键时期,对比分析中欧博士生不同培养模式,找出我国博士生培养的短板和不足,借鉴欧洲博士生培养的先进经验,改革我国博士生培养模式,对健全教育质量保障机制,提高人才培养质量具有重要的启示意义。The training of doctoral students is the highest level of higher education,and the education quality and the number of Ph D candidates are important standards for measuring the development level of a country’s higher education and the level of cultural and scientific development.In the critical period of China’s comprehensive promotion of"double first-class"construction,comparative analysis of different training models for doctoral students in China and Europe can help find out the shortcomings of the training of doctoral students in China,draw on the advanced experience of doctoral students in Europe,and reform the training model for doctoral students in China,which has important enlightenment significance for improving the education quality guarantee mechanism and improving the quality of talent training.
