高校信息化系统建设的经验与启示——以综合教务管理系统为例

摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,信息化系统在各行业的应用越来越多。如何科学、规范、高效的完成信息化系统建设,使其在管理工作中发挥重要作用,对信息化系统建设具有重要意义。以高校综合教务管理系统建设为例,从做好前期调研论证、全面功能试用、组建项目建设团队、制定科学合理的项目实施流程以及加强系统培训等五个方面,总结信息化系统建设的经验与启示,希望对各类信息化系统建设有所裨益。With the rapid development of information technology,the application of information system in various industries is more and more common.How to complete the construction of information system scientifically and efficiently and makes it play an important role in the management work is of great significance to the construction of information system.Taking the construction of comprehensive educational administration system in colleges and universities as an example,this paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment in the construction of information system from five aspects:doing well the preliminary investigation,demonstration,and comprehensive function experiment,setting up project construction team,making scientific and reasonable project implementation process and strengthening system training,hoping to benefit the construction of all kinds of information system.
