摘  要:行走传动系统是履带式推土机的重要组成部分,其结构和性能的优劣直接影响履带式推土机的整机性能。全液压履带式推土机行走传动系统由两个彼此独立的静液压闭式回路组成,动力经液压泵、左右行走马达传给终传动装置,并在终传动装置中减速和增大转矩后传给行走系统。以某型全液压履带式推土机终传动装置为例,探讨全液压履带式推土机终传动装置的设计思路,为同类型产品设计提供参考。Walking drive system is an important part of crawler bulldozer,and its structure and perforn,ance directly affect the overall performance of crawler bulldozer.The walking drive system of the full hydraulic crawler bulldozer consists of two independent hydrostatic closed circuits.The power is transmitted to the final drive device through the hydraulic pump and the left and right walking motors,and is transmitted to the walking system after decelerating and increasing the torque in the final drive device.Taking the final drive device of a full hydraulic crawler bulldozer as an example,the design idea of the final drive device of the full hydraulic crawler bulldozer is discussed,which provides a reference for the design of the same type of products.
