摘 要:针对挂车轴轴体材料(20Mn2)更换供应商后,在车轴结构及热处理相关条件均未改变情况下,发现车轴淬火硬化层深度不合格的问题,核查材料化学成分入厂检验记录符合国家标准,推断为材料的微量合金元素对淬透性的影响。采用适用于低合金钢的淬透性非线性方程,并通过MATLAB软件将非线性方程转换为方程曲线,获得各微量合金元素含量的有效范围及峰值,并通过实例计算挂车轴的淬透性,验证了推断结果正确。为保证车轴淬火质量,除按国家标准进行化学成分检验外,推荐在新钢材供应商首次供货时,需进行钢材全化学成分检验,确定各元素含量,计算获得淬透性数值,并经过样机试制合格后方可批量使用。通过识别各微量合金元素对淬透性的影响程度,可以为挂车轴热处理工艺提供实际指导意义。After changing the supplier of trailer axle body malerial(20 Mn2),the axle structure and the relevant conditions of heat treatment have not been changed,but is found that the depth of the hardening layer of the axle is unqualified.The inspection record of the chemical composition of the material in the factory is checked to be in line with national standards,and it is referred that the trace alloy elements of the material have an impact on the hardenability.The nonilinear equation of hardenability of low alloy steel put forward by Yu Bohai is used,and the nonlinear equation is transformed into equation curve by MATLAB software.The effective range and peak value of each trace alloy element content are obtained,and the hardenability of trailer axle is calculated by examples,which proves the inference result is correct.To ensure the quenching quality of the axle,in addition to the chemical composition inspection according to national standardsit is recommended that,in the first supply of a new steel supplier,it is necessary to conduct the full chemical composition inspection of the steel to determine the content of each element,calculate the hardenability value,and go through the prototype trial production before using it in batches.By identifying the influence degree of each trace alloy element on hardenability,it can provide practical guidance for the heat treatment process of trailer axle.
