摘　　要：挖掘机是一种广泛应用的工程机械,液压缸是挖掘机液压系统必不可缺的执行元件。挖掘机用液压缸易发生缸筒漏油、内泄、气蚀及缸筒拉伤等故障,其中液压缸漏油是常见故障。分析某型挖掘机斗杆液压缸缸筒开裂故障,找出故障原因,提出改进措施并最终消除故障。相关研究可为挖掘机用液压缸的设计改进及故障排除提供参考。Excavator is a kind of widely used construction machinery,and hydraulic cylinder is an indispensable executive component of excavator hydraulic system.The hydraulic cylinder of excavator is prone failures such as oil leakage,internal leakage,cavitation and cylinder strain,among which oil leakage of hydraulic cylinder is a common failure.The cracking failure of the arm hydraulic cylinder body of an excavator is analyzed to find out the causes,and the improvement measures are proposed to eliminate the failure.The related research can provide references for the design improvem ent and troubleshooting of excavator hydraulic cylinder.
