后腹腔镜泌尿外科手术致后腹膜腔感染的原因分析

摘　　要：目的:分析接受后腹腔镜泌尿外科手术后的患者发生后腹膜腔感染的原因。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年5月期间在山东省泰安市东平县中医院接受后腹腔镜泌尿外科手术的68例患者为研究对象。统计这68例患者术后发生后腹膜腔感染的情况,分析其发生后腹膜腔感染的原因。结果:在这68例患者中,共有13例患者(占患者总数的19.18%)术后发生后腹膜腔感染。在这13例患者中,有38.46%的患者术后发生后腹膜腔感染的原因为术中止血不良,有30.77%的患者术后发生后腹膜腔感染的原因为体内残留切除的脂肪,有30.77%的患者术后发生后腹膜腔感染的原因为引流管不畅。结论:可导致接受后腹腔镜泌尿外科手术的患者术后发生后腹膜腔感染的原因主要为术中止血不良、体内残留切除的脂肪及术后引流管不畅。Objective:To analyze the causes of retroperitoneal cavity infection in patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic urological surgery.Methods:a total of 68 patients who received retroperitoneal laparoscopic urological surgery in dongping hospital of Tai’an City in shandong province from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.The postoperative infection of the retroperitoneal cavity in the 68 patients was analyzed.Results:Of the 68 patients,13(19.18%)had retroperitoneal infection after surgery.Among the 13 patients,38.46%of them had postoperative retroperitoneal cavity infection because of intraoperative hemostasis,30.77%of them had postoperative retroperitoneal cavity infection because of residual body fat removed,and 30.77%of them had postoperative retroperitoneal cavity infection because of blocked drainage tube.Conclusion:Postoperative retroperitoneal cavity infection in patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic urological surgery is mainly caused by intraoperative hemostasis,residual fat removal and postoperative drainage tube obstruction.
