金水宝胶囊联合坎地沙坦酯片治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究用金水宝胶囊联合坎地沙坦酯片治疗早期糖尿病肾病(Diabetic nephropathy,DN)的临床效果。方法:将2017年1月至2019年5月唐山市唐山工人医院收治的78例早期DN患者随机分为研究组(n=39)与对照组(n=39)。对两组患者均进行常规的降血糖治疗,在此基础上用坎地沙坦酯片对对照组患者进行治疗,用金水宝胶囊联合坎地沙坦酯片对研究组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果:治疗后,研究组患者血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清甘油三酯、血清总胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、舒张压、收缩压、尿微量白蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白和血清胱抑素C的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对早期DN患者进行常规降血糖治疗的基础上,用金水宝胶囊联合坎地沙坦酯片对其进行治疗能显著改善其血压、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、尿微量白蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白及血清胱抑素C等指标的水平。Objective:To study the clinical effect of jinshuibao capsule combined with Kandisartan tablet on early-stage Diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:78 patients with early DN admitted to Tangshan Workers’Hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into study group(n=39)and control group(n=39).The two groups of patients were routinely treated with hypoglycemia,and on this basis,the control group patients were treated with candesartan tablets,and the study group patients were treated with Jinshuibao Capsule combined with Candesartan tablets,and then the clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the serum levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol,serum triglyceride,serum total cholesterol,hemoglobin a1c,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,urine microalbumin,urine 2-microglobulin and serum cystatin C in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine hypoglycemic treatment for patients with early DN,treatment with Jinshuibao capsule combined with Kandesartan tablets can significantly improve the levels of blood pressure,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids,urinary microalbumin,urinary 2-microglobulin and serum cystatin C.
