老年肺结核患者使用抗结核药物后发生不良反应情况的分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析老年肺结核患者使用抗结核药物后发生不良反应的情况。方法:选取遂宁市中心医院收治的162例使用抗结核药物进行治疗的老年肺结核患者作为研究对象。对这些患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,观察其使用抗结核药物后发生不良反应的情况。结果:本研究中这162例老年肺结核患者在使用抗结核药物后其中共有112例患者发生不良反应,其不良反应的发生率为69.14%。这112例患者使用抗结核药物后发生的不良反应主要有肝损伤、过敏反应、中枢神经系统反应和消化道反应等。在使用抗结核药物后发生不良反应的患者中,用药至首次发生不良反应的时间为1~14 d、15~30 d、31~60 d及>60 d的患者分别有61例(占54.46%)、30例(占26.79%)、15例(占13.39%)和6例(占5.36%)。结论:老年肺结核患者在使用抗结核药物后发生不良反应的几率较高,其常见的不良反应有肝损伤、过敏反应、中枢神经系统反应、消化道反应等,且其多在用药后的30 d内发生不良反应。Objective:To investigate and analyze the adverse reactions of anti-tuberculosis drugs in elderly patients with tuberculosis.Methods:162 elderly patients with tuberculosis treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs in Suining Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.The clinical data of these patients were reviewed to observe the adverse reactions after the use of anti-TUBERCULOSIS drugs.Results:In this study,112 of the 162 elderly patients with tuberculosis had adverse reactions after the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 69.14%.The adverse reactions of these 112 patients were mainly liver injury,allergic reaction,central nervous system reaction and digestive tract reaction.Among the patients who had adverse reactions after the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs,61 patients(54.46%),30 patients(26.79%),15 patients(13.39%)and 6 patients(5.36%)had adverse reactions from 1 to 14 days,15 to 30 days,31 to 60 days,and>60 days,respectively.Conclusion:The elderly patients with tuberculosis have a high rate of adverse reactions after the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs.The common adverse reactions include liver injury,allergic reaction,central nervous system reaction,gastrointestinal reaction,etc.,and most of the adverse reactions occur within 30 days after the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs.
