仿生物电刺激疗法联合温灸腰带治疗产后腹直肌分离的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察用仿生物电刺激疗法联合温灸腰带治疗产后腹直肌分离的临床效果。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年6月期间百色市人民医院收治的45例产后腹直肌分离患者为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组(n=22)和对照组(n=23)。对对照组患者单纯使用仿生物电刺激疗法进行治疗,对观察组患者使用仿生物电刺激疗法联合温灸腰带进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的治疗效果及腹围的变化情况。结果:接受治疗前,两组患者平均的脐围、脐上围和脐下围相比,P>0.05。接受治疗后,两组患者平均的脐围、脐上围和脐下围均小于接受治疗前,P<0.05。接受治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者平均的脐围、脐上围和脐下围均较小,其治疗的总有效率较高,P<0.05。结论:用仿生物电刺激疗法联合温灸腰带对产后腹直肌分离患者进行治疗可显著提高其疗效,促进其腹围的恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with warm moxibustion belt in the treatment of postpartum rectus separation.Methods:45 patients with postpartum rectus separation admitted to Baise People’s Hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=22)and control group(n=23).Patients in the control group were treated with biosimilar electrical stimulation therapy alone,while patients in the observation group were treated with biosimilar electrical stimulation therapy combined with warm moxibustion belt.After the treatment,the therapeutic effect and changes in abdominal circumference were compared between the two groups.Results:before treatment,the average circumference of the umbilicus,the average circumference of the umbilicus,and the average circumference of the umbilicus of the two groups of patients were compared,P>0.05.After treatment,the average periumbilical,suprachyphal and suprachyphal circumference of patients in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,P<0.05.After treatment,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had smaller average periumbilical,above-umbilical and subumbilical circumference,and their total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using biosimilar electrical stimulation combined with warm moxibustion belt in the treatment of postpartum rectus separation patients can significantly improve its efficacy and promote the recovery of abdominal circumference.
