厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法:抽选2018年6月至2019年8月期间昌江县中西医结合医院收治的原发性高血压患者110例作为研究对象。将其随机均分为Matched组和Research组。为Matched组55例患者采用厄贝沙坦片进行治疗,为Research组55例患者采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的临床疗效和血压的水平。结果:Research组患者治疗的总有效率高于Matched组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,Research组患者的收缩压、舒张压均低于Matched组患者,P<0.05。结论:用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的疗效确切,可有效地降低患者血压的水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:110 patients with essential hypertension admitted to The Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Changjiang County from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of the study.Matched group and Research group were randomly divided.For 55 patients in the Matched group,Irbesartan Matched tablet was used for treatment,and for 55 patients in the Research group,irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablet was used for treatment.Clinical outcomes and blood pressure levels were then compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the Research group was higher than that of the Matched group,P<0.05.After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the Research group was lower than that of the Matched group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets are effective in the treatment of essential hypertension and can ef fectively reduce the level of blood pressure.
