摘　　要：目的:分析用沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松复方干粉剂治疗哮喘的临床效果及安全性。方法:将近年来重庆九龙坡区人民医院西院收治的106例哮喘患者随机分为观察组(n=53)与对照组(n=53)。用羟萘酸沙美特罗吸入粉雾剂联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂对对照组患者进行治疗,用沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松复方干粉剂对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的呼气峰值流速、日间症状评分、夜间症状评分及用药后其不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的呼气峰值流速高于对照组患者,其日间症状评分和夜间症状评分均低于对照组患者,用药后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:用沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松复方干粉剂对哮喘患者进行治疗能显著改善其病情,且用药的安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and safety of salmeterol/fluticasone propionate compound dry powder in the treatment of asthma.Methods:106 patients with asthma admitted to the West Hospital of Jiulongpo District People’s Hospital in Chongqing in recent years were randomly divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=53).With hydroxyl naphthenate salmeterol joint fluticasone propionate inhalation powder mist nasal spray treatment in patients with control group,with salmeterol/fluticasone propionate compound dry powder treatment of observation group of patients,patients was compared between the two groups of peak expiratory flow,daytime symptom scores,symptom scores at night,and the incidence of adverse reactions after given medicine.Results:after treatment,the peak expiratory flow rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and their daytime symptom scores and nighttime symptom scores were both lower than those in the control group.After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Salmeterol/fluticasone propionate compound dry powder can significantly improve the condition of asthma patients,and the safety of the d rug is higher。
