摘  要:目的:探讨用加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合山莨菪碱-2(654-2)治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的效果。方法:将2017年8月至2019年2月期间武威市凉州区发放镇卫生院收治的60例糖尿病末梢神经病变患者随机分为Reference组(n=30)和Research组(n=30)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为Reference组患者加用天麻胶囊、甲钴胺及维生素B1进行治疗,为Research组患者加用加味黄芪桂枝五物汤及654-2进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者正中神经、腓神经的感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、运动神经传导速度(MCV)及临床疗效。结果:接受治疗后,Research组患者正中神经的SCV、MCV及腓神经的SCV、MCV快于Reference组患者,其治疗的总有效率高于Reference组患者,P<0.05。结论:在进行常规治疗的基础上,用加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合654-2治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with anisodamine-2(654-2)in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:From August 2017 to February 2019,60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into Reference group(n=30)and Research group(n=30).Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,gastrodia elata capsule,mecobalamin and vitamin B1 were added to the patients in the Reference group for treatment,and the patients in the Research group were added with flavored Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and 654-2 for treatment.Then,the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)and clinical efficacy of median nerve and peroneal nerve were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,SCV,MCV of median nerve and SCV and MCV of peroneal nerve in the Research group were faster than those in Reference group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of Reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,the modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with 654-2 has a significant effect on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
