穴位注射药物配合电针及口服中药汤剂治疗带状疱疹的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨用穴位注射药物配合电针及口服中药汤剂治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:将2018年3月至2019年2月期间海安市中医院针灸康复一科接诊的50例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象。将这50例患者分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对两组患者均使用电针和口服中药汤剂进行治疗。在此基础上,对观察组患者采用穴位注射药物法进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分、治疗效果及其神经痛的发生率。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者VAS的评分和神经痛的发生率均更低,其治疗的总有效率更高,P<0.05。结论:用穴位注射药物配合电针及口服中药汤剂治疗带状疱疹的效果显著,可有效地缓解患者的疼痛症状,降低其神经痛的发生率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection combined with electroacupuncture and oral Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:From March 2018 to February 2019,50 patients with herpes zoster who were treated in the first department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation of Haian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were studied.The 50 patients were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25).Both groups were treated with electroacupuncture and oral Chinese medicine decoction.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated by acupoint injection.Then,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,treatment effects,and incidence of neuralgia were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the VAS score and the incidence of neuralgia in the observation group were both lower,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupoint injection combined with electroacupuncture and oral Chinese medicine decoction on herpes zoster is remarkable,which can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of neuralgia.
