小柴胡汤加减治疗系统性红斑狼疮的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨用小柴胡汤加减方治疗系统性红斑狼疮的效果。方法:将2018年7月至2019年7月期间大庆油田总医院收治的138例系统性红斑狼疮患者作为研究对象。将这138例患者按照抽签法分为西医组和小柴胡组,每组各有69例患者。对两组患者均使用美罗华进行治疗,在此基础上,对小柴胡组患者加用小柴胡汤加减方进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者的临床疗效及出现不良反应的情况。结果:接受治疗后,与西医组患者相比,小柴胡组患者治疗的总有效率更高,其不良反应的发生率更低,P<0.05。结论:用小柴胡汤加减方治疗系统性红斑狼疮的效果显著,可有效地改善患者的临床症状,降低其不良反应的发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction on systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:138 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were studied.The 138 patients were divided into the Western medicine group and the Small Bupleurum group according to the lottery method,with 69 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with meiluo.On this basis,patients in the xiaobupleurum group were treated with Xiaobupleurum decoction plus and minus formula.Then,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the western medicine group,the total effective rate was higher and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the small Bupleurum group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaochaihu Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reacti ons.
