穴位按摩疗法联合中药方剂治疗产后缺乳的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨用穴位按摩疗法联合中药方剂治疗产后缺乳的效果。方法:将2018年9月到2019年7月重庆市渝北区中医院收治的200例产后缺乳患者随机平均分为参照组和观察组。为参照组患者采用传统催乳法进行催乳。为观察组患者采用穴位按摩疗法联合中药方剂进行催乳。然后,比较两组患者的疗效及血清泌乳素(PRL)的水平。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于参照组患者,P<0.05。治疗前,两组患者血清PRL的水平相比,P>0.05。治疗后,观察组患者血清PRL的水平高于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用穴位按摩疗法联合中药方剂治疗产后缺乳的效果显著,可促进患者乳汁的分泌。Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint massage therapy combined with Traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of postpartum lactation.Methods:from September 2018 to July 2019,200 postpartum lactation patients admitted to chongqing Yubei District hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group.For the reference group,the traditional galactagogue method was adopted.In order to observe the group of patients with acupoint massage therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescription for galactagogue.Then,the efficacy and serum prolactin(PRL)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,serum PRL levels in the two groups were compared to P>0.05.After treatment,PRL level in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of postpartum lacteal deficiency is remarkable and can promote the secretion of milk in patients.
