双氯芬酸钠缓释片联合羌活胜湿汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析用双氯芬酸钠缓释片联合羌活胜湿汤治疗神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic r adiculopathy,CSR)的临床效果。方法:将2018年1月至2019年1月平昌县中医医院接诊的78例CSR患者随机分为联合用药组(CM组,n=39)与双氯芬酸钠组(SD组,n=39)。用双氯芬酸钠缓释片对SD组患者进行治疗,用双氯芬酸钠缓释片联合羌活胜湿汤对CM组患者进行治疗,然后比较治疗患者的临床疗效及用药后其发生不良反应的情况。结果:CM组患者治疗的总有效率高于SD组患者,P<0.05。用药后,两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论:用双氯芬酸钠缓释片联合羌活胜湿汤对CSR患者进行治疗能显著减轻其临床症状,改善其病情,且用药的安全性较高。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)for her cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)by using diclofenate sodium sustaining-release tablets combined with qiang Sheng-sheng decoction.Methods:78 CSR patients admitted to Pingchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a combined drug group(CM group,n=39)and a diclofenac sodium group(SD group,n=39).Patients in THE SD group were treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets,and patients in the CM group were treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets combined with Qiang Shengsheng Decoction.Then,the clinical efficacy of the treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results:The total effective rate of CM group was higher than SD group(P<0.05).After taking the drug,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Treating CSR patients with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets combined with Qiang Shengsheng wet soup can significantly reduce their clinical symptoms and improve their condition,and the drug is safe.
