摘　　要：头皮缺损是神经外科常见的一种疾病。头皮缺损的发生与患者存在交通事故所致的头皮搓脱伤和机器卷发所致的头皮撕脱伤有关。大面积头皮缺损患者常合并颅骨外露。临床上多使用头皮移植术对大面积头皮缺损合并颅骨外露患者进行治疗。本文主要报告对1例接受头皮移植术后的大面积头皮缺损合并颅骨外露患者进行治疗的过程。Scalp defect is a common disease in neurosurgery.The occurrence of scalp defect is related to scalp rubbing injury caused by traffic accident and scalp avulsion injury caused by machine curl.Patients with large scalp defects are often accompanied by skull exposure.Scalp transplantation is often used to treat patients with large scalp defect and skull exposure.This paper reports the treatment of a patient with large scalp defect and skull exposure after scalp transplantation.
