综合护理对接受化疗的卵巢癌患者发生不良反应情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探析对接受化疗的卵巢癌患者进行综合护理的临床效果及对其发生不良反应情况的影响。方法:将2019年1月至10月在广东省开平市中心医院接受化疗的40例卵巢癌患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法将其分为Research组和Matched组(20例/组)。对Matched组患者实施普通护理,在此基础上对Research组患者实施综合护理。然后对比两组患者化疗不良反应的发生率、生活质量的评分和对护理满意程度的评分。结果:1)Research组患者化疗不良反应的发生率低于Matched组患者,P<0.05。2)接受护理后,Research组患者的各项生活质量评分、各项对护理满意程度的评分均高于Matched组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受化疗的卵巢癌患者进行综合护理的临床效果显著,可有效地降低其化疗不良反应的发生率,提高其生活质量和对护理的满意程度。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing care for ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy and its effect on adverse reactions.Methods:40 ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in Kaiping City Hospital,Guangdong province from January to October 2019 were studied.Matched group was divided into Research group and Matched group(20 cases/group)according to the random number table method.General care was applied to the Matched group of patients,and on this basis comprehensive care was applied to the patients in the Research group.Then the incidence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy,the quality of life score and the nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results:1)The incidence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy in patients of the Research group was lower than that of the Matched group,P<0.05.2)After receiving care,the scores of each quality of life and score of each item on nursing satisfaction of the patients in the Research group were all higher than that of the Matched group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care for ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
