对接受关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后的患者进行疼痛护理的效果探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对接受关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后的患者进行疼痛护理的临床效果。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年8月期间在成都体育学院附属体育医院接受关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的156例患者作为研究对象。对这156例患者均进行关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术及疼痛护理。然后,观察这些患者的康复情况。结果:接受治护后,这156例患者均痊愈出院,其膝关节手术伤口均为Ⅰ级愈合,其未发生关节内感染,术后其膝关节的稳定性及活动度均已恢复。对这些患者进行随访,其在术后半年内均能正常生活,在手术一年后均可进行各项活动(包括体力活动及体育活动等)。对这些患者进行X线片检查的结果为愈合,无膝关节退变、膝关节松弛及内固定物松脱的情况。结论:对接受关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后的患者进行疼痛护理的临床效果较好。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pain care for patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy.Methods:156 patients who underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in the Affiliated Sports Hospital of Chengdu University of Physical Education from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as study subjects.All 156 patients underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and pain care.Then,the patients’recovery was observed.Results:after accept cure to protect,the 156 patients were recovered and discharged,the knee operation level areⅠhealing wound,its not intraarticular infection,postoperative have to restore the knee joint stability and mobility.These patients were followed up,and all of them were able to live a normal life within half a year after surgery,and all of them were able to engage in various activities(including physical activity and physical activity)one year after surgery.X-ray examination of these patients showed healing without knee degeneration,knee relaxation or loose internal fixations.Conclusion:The clinical effect of pain nursing is better in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy.
