细节护理对接受术后化疗的肺癌患者心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨对接受术后化疗的肺癌患者进行细节护理的临床效果及对其心理状态的影响。方法:将2017年2月至2019年2月在常州市中医医院进行手术治疗的60例肺癌患者随机平均分为A组和B组。术后,对两组患者进行化疗和常规护理。在此基础上,对B组患者进行细节护理。然后,比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分。结果:护理后,B组患者SAS和SDS的评分均低于A组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受术后化疗的肺癌患者进行细节护理,可缓解其不良心理状态。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of detailed nursing care for lung cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy and its influence on their psychological state.Methods:60 patients with lung cancer who underwent surgery in Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into group A and group B.After operation,chemotherapy and routine nursing were given to the two groups of patients.On this basis,the patients in group B were given detailed nursing care.Then,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression Scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of patients in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detailed nursing of lung cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy can alleviate their bad psychological state.
