医护一体化康复护理在老年慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化康复护理在老年慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年12月于我院接受血液透析治疗的83例老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者,依据盲抽法分为对照组(n=41)与观察组(n=42)。对照组行常规护理,观察组行医护一体化康复护理,比较两组营养状态、肾功能水平及生活质量。结果干预后,两组PA、Hb水平均较干预前高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组SCr、BUN水平均较干预前低,Alb水平较干预前高,且观察组较对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组生活质量评分均较干预前高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者采用医护一体化康复护理效果显著,可有效改善患者营养水平及肾功能,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the application effect of integrated doctor-nurse rehabilitation nursing in senile chronic renal failure patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Eighty-three senile patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis in the hospital from February 2016 to December 2018 were selected,and they were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=42)according to blind selection method.Control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given integrated doctor-nurse rehabilitation nursing.The nutritional status,renal function and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results After the intervention,the PA and Hb levels in the two groups were higher than before the intervention,and observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statisatically significant(P<0.05);The levels of SCr and BUN in two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,the level of Alb was higher than that before intervention,and observation group was better than control group,the difference was statisatically significant(P<0.05);The scores of quality of life in two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statisatically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated doctor-nurse rehabilitation nursing in senile chronic renal failure patients with maintenance hemodialysis has significant effects,it can improve nutritional level and renal function,and increase quality of life.
