阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合孟鲁司特钠对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿病症治疗的临床效果。方法随机抽取118例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿纳入试验研究范围,其均于2017年12月至2019年12月入我院接受诊治,随机分成两组,试验组(n=59)采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组(n=59)采用单纯阿奇霉素注射治疗,分析治疗效果,比较两组临床指标差异及不良反应情况。结果试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的退热时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间及咳嗽消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总不良反应率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合孟鲁司特钠对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎进行治疗,有利于优化疗效,提升患儿康复效率,降低不良反应率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin sequential therapy combined with montelukast sodium on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,118 children with mycoplasma.pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly selected into the scope of the experimental study.They were admitted to our hospital,and were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(n=59)was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy combined with montelukast sodium,and the control group(n=59)was treated with azithromycin injection alone to analyze the treatment effect and compare the clinical indicators and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the fever reduction time,the disappearance time of the lung wet rales and the cough disappearance time in the test group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the response rate was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of azithromycin sequential therapy combined with montelukast sodium for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children is conducive to optimizing the curative effect,improving the rehabilitation efficiency of children,and reducing the rate of adverse reactions.
