摘 要:目的探讨头孢菌素治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的症状转归情况。方法纳入我院100例于2017年2月至2018年1月收治的上呼吸道感染患儿。随机数字表法分为头孢克洛组(n=50)和头孢克肟组(n=50),头孢克洛组上呼吸道感染患儿采取头孢克洛治疗,头孢克肟组上呼吸道感染患儿采取头孢克肟治疗。比较两组患儿上呼吸道感染治疗总有效率;血清C反应蛋白(CRP)降低到正常水平的时间、白细胞计数降低到正常水平的时间、咳嗽消失时间、咽痛消失时间、体温恢复时间;治疗前后患儿血清超敏CRP监测水平、白细胞计数以及中性粒细胞百分比;不良反应发生率。结果头孢克肟组患儿上呼吸道感染治疗的总有效率、血清CRP降低到正常水平的时间、白细胞计数降低到正常水平的时间、咳嗽消失时间、咽痛消失时间、体温恢复时间、血清超敏CRP监测水平、白细胞计数以及中性粒细胞百分比相比较头孢克洛组更好,P<0.05。两组患儿的不良反应之间无显著差异,P>0.05。结论头孢克肟治疗上呼吸道感染的效果确切,可有效控制机体炎症,促使生化指标恢复正常和症状消失,改善病情,不良反应少,安全性好。Objective To investigate the symptom outcome of cephalosporin in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods One hundred children with upper respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were included.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:cefaclor group(n=50)and cefixime group(n=50).Children with upper respiratory tract infection in cefaclor group were treated with cefaclor,and children with upper respiratory tract infection in cefixime group were treated with cefixime.The total effective rate of upper respiratory tract infection,the time for serum C-reactive protein to decrease to normal level,the time for white blood cell count to decrease to normal level,the time for cough to disappear,the time for sore throat to disappear,the time for body temperature to recover,the monitoring level of serum hypersensitive CRP,white blood cell count and the percentage of neutrophils before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In cefixime group,the total effective rate of upper respiratory tract infection,the time when serum CRP decreased to normal level,the time when white blood cell count decreased to normal level,the time when cough disappeared,the time of pharynx pain disappeared,the time of body temperature recovery,the monitoring level of serum hypersensitive CRP,white blood cell count and the percentage of neutrophils were better than those in cefaclor group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cefixime is effective in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection,it can effectively control inflammation,promote biochemical indexes to return to normal and symptoms disappear,improve the condition,less adverse reactions and good safety.
