高血压心脏病患者应用缬沙坦与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的对高血压心脏病患者应用缬沙坦与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗的临床疗效进行评价。方法于乌鲁木齐市第一人民医院分院2018年1月至2019年1月就诊的100例高血压心脏病患者纳入本次研究。用计算机随机分组法分成对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组患者给予口服缬沙坦治疗,观察组患者给予缬沙坦与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、并发症发生率及血压好转时间。结果两组患者分别经过治疗后,观察组患者的治疗有效率与对照组相比更高,并发症与对照组相比更低,血压好转时间与对照组相比更短,两组数据比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针对高血压心脏病患者来说,采用缬沙坦与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗,安全有效,能极大提高患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的收缩压与舒张压,对患者的生命安全起到了有效的保障作用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of patients with hypertension and heart disease.Methods One hundred patients with hypertension and heart disease who were treated in the branch of the First People’s Hospital of Urumqi from January 2018 to January 2019 were included in this study.Computer random grouping method was divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).Patients in the control group were treated with oral Valerian Chatain,while those in the observation group were treated with Valerian Chatain and hydrochlorothiazide.Results Two groups of patients after treatment,respectively,after treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the complication was lower and the time of blood pressure improvement was shorter than that of the control group,There is a statistical difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertension and heart disease,the combined treatment of valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide is safe and effective,which can greatly improve the clinical treatment effect of the patient,improve the patient’s systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and effectively protect the patient’s life safety effect.
