子宫动脉下行支结扎术治疗产后出血的临床价值

摘　　要：目的评价子宫动脉下行支结扎术治疗产后出血的临床价值。方法选择2018年4月至2019年5月中国医科大学附属盛京医院沈阳雍森医院收治的68例产后出血患者为研究对象,依据随机数字分组法将研究对象分为两组,即对照组和观察组(每组34例)。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用子宫动脉下行支结扎术治疗。对比两组患者的出血量、出血量>1000 mL病率、止血时间、产褥病发生率、生化指标。结果观察组患者的出血量少于对照组,且出血量>1000 mL病率低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者5~10 min内止血率明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者产褥病发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的生化指标优于对照组,P<0.05。结论子宫动脉下行支结扎术用于产后出血治疗,不仅可以减少出血量、缩短止血时间,还可减少产褥病、改善生化指标,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ligation of the descending branch of uterine artery in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Sixty-eight patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Shenyang Yongsen Hospital,Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected as the study subjects(study period:from April 2018 to May 2019).According to the random number grouping method,the subjects were divided into two groups:control group and observation group(34 cases in each group).The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with ligation of the descending branch of uterine artery on the basis of the control group.The bleeding volume,bleeding volume>1000 mL morbidity,hemostasis time,incidence of puerperal disease and biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the morbidity of bleeding>1000 mL was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the hemostasis rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of puerperal disease in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the biochemical indexes in the observation group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ligation of the descending branch of uterine artery in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can not only reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the hemostasis time,but also reduce puerperal diseases and improve life indicators,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
