五苓散联合五皮饮加减治疗肛肠疾病患者术后尿潴留的效果

摘　　要：目的评价五苓散联合五皮饮加减综合治疗肛肠疾病患者术后尿潴留的可行性和效果,为肛肠科术后并发症预防治疗工作提供参考。方法选取2019年1月至2020年3月辽宁中医药大学附属第三医院肛肠科收治的接受手术治疗的80例肛肠疾病术后尿潴留患者,根据术后治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采取新斯的明肌内注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取五苓散联合五皮饮加减综合治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、平均排尿时间、首次排尿时间、有效时间及患者满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组排尿时间、首次排尿时间、有效时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五苓散联合五皮饮加减治疗肛肠疾病患者术后尿潴留的预后效果好,患者满意度高,且进一步缩短了康复时间。应用该治疗方案治疗肛肠疾病术后尿潴留患者是可行的。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effect of Wulingsan combined with Wupiyin in the comprehensive treatment of postoperative urinary retention in patients with anorectal diseases,and to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of anorectal surgery.Methods From January 2019 to March 2020,80 patients with postoperative urinary retention who underwent surgical treatment of anorectal disease admitted to the department of anorectal,the third affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different postoperative treatment methods,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with neostigmine intramuscular injection,and the observation group was treated with Wulingsan combined with Wupiyin plus or minus combined treatment based on the control group.The treatment effect,average urination time,first urination time,effective time,marked effect time and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the urination time,first urination time,effective time,and marked effect time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wulingsan combined with Wupiyin can improve the prognosis of postoperative urinary retention in patients with anorectal diseases.The patient’s satisfaction is high,and the recovery time is further shortened.It is feasible to apply this treatment to treat patients with urinary retention after anorectal disease.
