人性化护理与一般护理在产后抑郁症护理中的运用效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨分析人性化护理与一般护理在产后抑郁症护理中的运用效果及对其不良心情绪与护理满意度的影响。方法随机选取60例在我院2019年1月至2020年2月进行治疗的产后抑郁症患者,依据护理方式的不同分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组采用一般护理干预,试验组在此基础上采用人性化护理,对比分析两组患者护理前后SDS(抑郁自评量表)、SAS(焦虑自评量表)评分的变化,以及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者SDS评分、SAS评分均无明显变化,无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组患者SDS评分、SAS评分显著优于对照组的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为96.67%(29/30),明显优于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与一般护理干预相比,人性化护理模式应用于产后抑郁症患者中的治疗效果更显著,可有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,同时还提升了患者的护理满意度,改善了患者的生活质量。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of humanized nursing and general nursing in the nursing of postpartum depression and its influence on bad mood and nursing satisfaction.Methods Randomly select 60 cases of postpartum depression patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020,and were divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to different nursing methods,the control group adopts general nursing intervention,and the experimental group adopts humanized nursing on this basis,and comparatively analyzes the changes of the Depression Self-rating Scale,Anxiety Self-rating Scale scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing,and nursing Satisfaction.Results Before nursing,there was no significant change in the SDS score and SAS score of the two groups,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);after nursing,the SDS score and SAS score of the test group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly better than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the general nursing intervention,the humanized nursing model is more effective in the treatment of postpartum depression patients,which can effectively relieve patients’anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,while also improving the patient’s nursing satisfaction and improving the patient’s quality of life.
