人文关怀护理理念在老年精神分裂患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理理念在老年精神分裂症中的应用价值。方法以随机抽样法在我院精神科收治的患者中选取80例老年精神分裂症患者作为样本对象,依据护理方法分为两组。对照组患者40例,采用常规护理,观察组患者40例,在对照组基础上采用人文关怀护理理念进行护理。比较两组患者的满意度、康复效果及心理状态的差异。结果观察组护理满意程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后康复治疗效果明显高于对照组,(P<0.05);护理前组间心理状态评分对比差异不显著(P>0.05),护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年精神分裂症患者实施人文关怀护理理念,可提高患者护理满意度和康复疗效,缓解负面情绪。Objective To explore the application value of humanistic care in senile schizophrenia.Methods Eighty elderly patients with schizophrenia were selected from the psychiatric department of our hospital by random sampling,and were divided into two groups according to nursing methods.Fourty patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and fourty patients in the observation group were treated with humanistic care nursing concept on the basis of the control group.The differences of satisfaction,rehabilitation effect and psychological state between the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effect of post-nursing rehabilitation treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of psychological state between the nursing groups(P>0.05),and SAS and SDS scores of the nursing observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care in senile schizophrenia patients can improve nursing satisfaction and rehabilitation effect,alleviate negative emotions.
