基于临床路径的护理流程在急诊冠状动脉介入治疗围手术期的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析基于临床路径的护理流程在急诊冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)围手术期的应用效果。方法选取大连医科大学附属大连市中心医院2018年1月至2018年12月期间收治的急性心肌梗死患者142例为研究对象,按照就诊时间分成试验组(基于临床路径的护理流程)和对照组(常规护理),每组71例,对比两组患者各临床手术指标以及术后并发症发生率等。结果试验组患者各项时间显著短于对照组,两组结果差异明显;试验组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,两组试验结果差异显著,P<0.05;试验组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,两组结果差异显著,P<0.05。结论在急性心肌梗死PCI治疗围手术期采用临床路径护理,能够提高护理效果,降低不良反发生率,提高治疗安全性。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing procedure based on clinical pathway in emergency coronary intervention(PCI)during perioperative period.Methods A total of 142 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Dalian central hospital affiliated to Dalian medical university from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into experimental group(nursing process based on clinical route)and control group routine nursing)according to the time of treatment,71 cases in each group,comparing the clinical operation indexes and the incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups of patients.Results The time of the patients in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the results of the two groups were significantly different;the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference in the results of the two groups was significant,P<0.05;the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significant higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of clinical pathway nursing during PCI for acute myocardial infarction can improve the nursing effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the safety of treatment.
