摘　　要：目的分析风险管理在产科护理管理中的应用及效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月在罗定市妇幼保健院产科住院分娩符合入选标准的孕产妇400例为分析对象。其中,2018年6月至2018年12月实施常规护理管理的200例孕产妇设为对照组,2019年1月至2019年6月实施风险管理的200例孕产妇设为观察组,比较两组患者孕产妇的护理风险事件发生率、护理投诉率、护理纠纷发生率及护理服务满意度。结果观察组孕产妇的护理风险事件发生率、护理投诉率、护理纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕产妇的护理服务满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理应用在产科护理管理中有助于提高产科护理工作质量,减少护理风险事件及护理投诉、护理纠纷的发生,提高护理服务满意度。Objective To analyze the application and effect of risk management in obstetric nursing management.Methods Four hundred pregnant and lying in women who met the inclusion criteria during delivery in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the analysis objects.Among them,200 pregnant and lying in women who implemented routine nursing management from June 2018 to December 2018 were set as the control group,and 200 pregnant and lying in women who implemented risk management from January 2019 to June 2019 were set as the observation group.The incidence of nursing risk events and nursing care of the two groups were compared the incidence of complaints and nursing disputes,and the satisfaction of nursing services.Results The incidence of nursing risk events,nursing complaints and nursing disputes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing service in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in obstetric nursing management is helpful to improve the quality of obstetric nursing work,reduce nursing risk events,nursing complaints and nursing disputes,and improve the satisfaction of nursing service.
