细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨细节护理干预对手术室护理安全的影响。方法随机选取我院于2019年3月至2020年3月接受手术治疗的140例患者,并将其分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。对照组患者手术室护理采取常规护理,观察组患者则在对照组基础上采取细节护理,评估并比较两组护理质量、手术时间及患者满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组仪器设备管理、消毒隔离、器械准备、护理质量安全、巡回护士配合技能评分更理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中护理综合评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将细节护理用于手术室护理中,不仅可保障患者手术安全,还可提高护理质量,取得患者的信任及满意。Objective To investigate the effect of detailed nursing intervention on the safety of operating room nursing.Methods Randomly select 140 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020.They were divided into an observation group and a comparison group,70 cases in each group.The comparison group took routine care,while the observation group took detailed care based on the former.The quality of care and patient satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group’s equipment management,disinfection and isolation,equipment preparation,nursing quality and safety,and the cooperation of traveling nurses skill scores were more higher,and the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).By the comparison of the operation time between the two groups,the difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The comprehensive nursing score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing in operating room can not only ensure the safety of patients’operation,but also improve the quality of nursing and obtain the trust and satisfaction of patients.
