内分泌科护理中应用持续质量改进模式的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的分析在内分泌科护理中应用持续质量改进模式的可行性。方法选取大连市中心医院内分泌科2018年3月至2019年3月接收的患者96例,根据数字随机表法分组(对照组与干预组),每组各48例。对照组患者采用常规护理模式,干预组患者采用持续质量改进模式,对比两组患者的护理质量。结果干预组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,而护理不良事件发生率、护患纠纷发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在内分泌科护理中应用持续质量改进模式的可行性较高,该模式能有效提高科室护理质量,提高患者对科室护理工作的认可度,帮助构建良好的护患关系,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the feasibility of applying continuous quality improvement model in nursing of endocrinology department.Methods Ninety-six patients in department of endocrinology of Dalian central hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group,48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode,while patients in the intervention group were given continuous quality improvement mode.The nursing quality of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the incidence of nursing adverse events and nurse-patient disputes were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The feasibility of applying continuous quality improvement model in endocrinology nursing is high.It can effectively improve the quality of nursing in department,ensure patient’s recognition of nursing work in department,and help to build a good nurse-patient relationship.It is worth popularizing and applying in endocrinology nursing.
