高龄急性胆囊炎患者腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的护理配合效果

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄急性胆囊炎患者腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的临床护理配合效果。方法选取来我院进行治疗急性胆囊炎的64例高龄患者进行研究,选取时间为2017年2月至2018年3月,采用随机数字法平均分成试验组和对照组,每组各32例。两组均行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗,对照组予以基础护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上予以手术护理配合干预,比较两组护理后的临床满意度、住院时间及感染率。结果试验组临床满意度高于对照组,组间差异明显,存在统计学意义(χ2=4.7300,P<0.05);试验组患者的并发症发生率以及感染率均低于对照组,组间存在差异,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组住院时间短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.9345,P<0.05)。结论对进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的高龄急性胆囊炎患者予以充分的术前配合、术中护理及术后指导,并完善护理配合流程,有利于患者术后快速恢复,大大提升治疗效果及患者满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing cooperation effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods Sixty-four elderly patients who came to our hospital for treatment of acute cholecystitis were selected for the study.The selection period was from February 2017 to March 2018,and they were divided into an experimental group and a control group,32 cases each.Both groups underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the control group received basic nursing intervention,and the experimental group received surgical nursing cooperation intervention based on the control group.The clinical satisfaction,hospitalization time and infection rate of the two groups after nursing were compared.Results The clinical satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant,with statistical significance(χ2=4.7300,P<0.05).The incidence of complications and infection rates of the patients in the experimental group were lower than the control group,and there were differences between the groups,and has statistical significance(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the test group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=2.9345,P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with acute cholecystitis undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy should be given adequate preoperative cooperation,intraoperative nursing and postoperative guidance,and improve the nursing cooperation process,which is conducive to the rapid postoperative recovery of patients and greatly improves the treatment effect and patient satisfaction degree.
