摘 要:目的:探讨药学服务模式中药处方点评分析的应用效果。方法:统计中药处方点评实施前及实施后不合理处方率及患者关于药学服务的满意度调查。结果:药学服务中实施处方点评分析后,不合理处方率从1.20%降至0.86%,其中用药与诊断不符、处方超量、给药途径不合理、重复给药、无注脚这几类不合理处方率较实施前均有明显降低;实施处方点评分析后,患者对门诊中药房药学服务满意度实施处方分析前明显提高。结论:在门诊中药房药学服务中实施处方点评可有效降低不合理处方率和提高服务满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine prescription review analysis in pharmacy service model.Method:Statistic survey of unreasonable prescription rate before and after implementation of traditional Chinese medicine prescription review and patient satisfaction survey on pharmaceutical service were carried out.Result:Analysis of prescription review in pharmaceutical service helped decrease the rate of unreasonable prescriptions from 1.20%to 0.86%,among which,the rates of unreasonable prescriptions such as inconsistent medication and diagnosis,excessive prescriptions,unreasonable routes of administration,repeated administration,and no footnotes were significantly lower than before implementation.After the implementation of prescription review analysis,patients'satisfaction with the outpatient Chinese medicine pharmacy service before the prescription analysis was significantly improved.Conclusion:Implementing prescription reviews in outpatient Chinese pharmacy service can effectively reduce the rate of unreasonable prescriptions and improve service satisfaction.
