治疗缺血性脑中风中成药品种和组方特点研究

摘　　要：目的:揭示治疗缺血性脑中风中成药的品种、主治及使用药物的特点,为临床合理用药及新药研发提供参考。方法:以13本方剂专著和药物标准的书目为素材,收录在功能和主治中有"白脉病,黑白脉病,心脑血管栓塞,脑梗死,脑血栓,缺血性中风,脑中风,中风;瘫痪,半身不遂,拘挛,口眼歪斜,言语不清"等术语的中成药,统计中成药数量、药味数、生产企业数和批准文号数等情况,分析剂型、功能、主治、使用药物的特点。结果:收录治疗脑缺血中成药192个,其中国家基本药物20个、国家中药保护品种12个、90个为国家医疗保险药;有645个生产企业,并获得890个批号;独家品种83个,其余品种平均有13.4个企业生产和10.4个批准文号;民族药有藏药、蒙药、维药佛药,共49个;单味药制剂约占12.5%,大部分中成药药味数集中在16味以下;涉及16种命名方式、17种剂型,其中固体制剂的使用比例大于液体制剂者,固体制剂以丸剂、胶囊剂、片剂为主。使用227个功能术语,481种药材和化学药,其中植物药384种,动物药54种,矿物药28种,化学药5种,其他5种,辅料3种,加工品2种;罗列了最常用的植物药、动物药和矿物药;涉及48个药用部位,以根、茎、果实为主。结论:治疗缺血性脑中风中成药具有品种丰富、剂型多样等特点,本文为临床治疗缺血性中风中成药的选择提供意见,为新药开发提供了候选药物参考数据。Objective:To reveal the variety,indication and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ischemic stroke,so as to provide reference for clinical rational use and new drug development.Method:Based on 13 Monographs on prescriptions and drug standards,the functions and treatments of Chinese traditional patent medicines with the terms of"Baimai disease,Heibaimai disease,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular embolism,cerebral infarction,cerebral thrombosis,ischemic stroke,cerebral stroke,stroke,paralysis,hemiplegia,constriction,ocular deviation,unclear speech"were analyzed.The number of Chinese traditional patent medicines,the number of medicine,the number of manufacturers and approval certificate were summarized.The dosage forms,functions,indications and characteristics of drugs were analyzed.Result:192 Chinese traditional patent medicines for the treatment of cerebral ischemia were included,including 20 national essential medicines,12 national protected varieties of traditional Chinese medicine and 90 national medical insurance medicines,645 manufacturing enterprises with 890 batches,83 exclusive varieties and 13.4 enterprises with an average o f 10.4 approval certificate.49 ehtnic medicines were Tibetan,Mongolian,Uygur or Buddhist medicines.Preparations cotaining one drug accounted for about 12.5%.Most of the Chinese traditional patent medicines contained fewer than 16 drugs,involving 16 naming methods and 17 formulations,among which the proportion of solid preparations was larger than liquid preparation,and the solid preparations were mainly pills,capsules and tablets.We assessed 227 functional terms,481 kinds of medicinal materials and chemical drugs,including 384 kinds of plant medicines,54 kinds of animal medicines,28 kinds of mineral medicines,5 kinds of chemical medicines,5 kinds of other medicines,3 kinds of excipients and 2 kinds of processed products.The most commonly used plant medicines,animal medicines and mineral medicines were listed involving 48 medicinal parts,mainly roots,st
