摘 要:研究了3种增韧剂及不同用量对预应力碳板锚固用结构胶性能的影响。试验结果表明:增韧剂对锚固用结构胶的压缩性能的影响是一致的,不受分子结构不同的影响,主要表现为均随着用量的增加逐渐降低,只是增韧剂结构不同,胶体的压缩强度下降率不同。增韧剂用量由5%增加至10%时,压缩强度下降率最高可达18.6%。增韧剂结构不同,对拉伸-剪切性能的影响不同。增韧剂用量为10%时,体系1、3均出现了剪切强度的峰值。增韧剂的使用,需综合考虑其对各方面性能的影响。In this paper,the effect of three toughening agents and different dosage on the properties of structural adhesive for anchorage of prestressed carbon fiber plate was studied.The results showed that,regardless of different molecular structures,the effect of toughening agents on the compression performance of the structural adhesive for anchorage was consistent,and the compressive strength decreased gradually with the increase of dosage,however,the compressive strength of the adhesive decreased at different rates with different structures of the toughening agent.When the dosage of toughening agent increased from 5%to 10%,the reduction rate of compressive strength can be as high as 18.6%.Different structures of toughening agents have different effects on tensile and shear properties.When the dosage of the toughening agent was 10%,the peak shear strength appeared in system 1 and 3.When using the toughening agent,its effect on various properties should be taken into account.
