摘 要:由于传统的重型装备制造模式已经不能满足新时代、新技术背景下装备制造企业的需求。本文通过分析复杂重型装备制造的特点以及我国复杂重型装备定制生产过程中的问题,通过构建"用户参与、企业协同、资源共享、数据集成、技术一体化"的网络化协同制造平台,提出了订单驱动、工艺驱动、数据驱动、需求驱动及用户参与创新的个性化定制网络协同发展模式和运作机制,以促进关键制造技术融合创新,最终实现客户满意度显著提升,各参与方合作共赢的效果,为实现新时代的复杂重型装备制造科技创新提供理论指导。The traditional mode of heavy equipment manufacturing has not been able to meet the needs of equipment manufacturing enterprises in the new era with a new technology background. Therefore, based on the analysis of the complex heavy equipment manufacturing characteristics and its problems in the customized production process, this paper builds a networked collaborative manufacturing platform constituted by user participation, enterprise collaboration, resource sharing, data integration, and technology integration. Furthermore, it puts forward development mode and operation mechanism of the personalized customization networked collaborative manufacturing, including the order-driven, process-driven, data-driven, demand-driven, and user-involved innovation, for complex heavy equipment. So that it promotes the integration and innovation of key manufacturing technologies, finally, the customer satisfaction is improved significantly, and it achieves win-win cooperation among all participants. Meanwhile, it provides theoretical guidance for realizing technological innovation of complex heavy equipment manufacturing in the new era.
