摘  要:随着轧制带材越来越薄,生产线的剪切速度也相应提高,当圆盘剪剪切速度达到600 m/min以上时,温度对剪切质量和刀片寿命的影响很大,所以对圆盘剪刀片温度的研究尤为重要。为此,首先基于ANSYS/LS-dyna软件模拟带钢的剪切过程,主要分析了刀片在不同剪切速度下的温度分布;然后根据切削温度场理论推导出热平衡时刀片刃口温度的计算公式。结果表明,随着时间的推移,刀片刃口的温度逐渐升高;刀片转速越大,刀刃刃口的温度上升越快;刀片稳定状态的温度计算公式为t=1.07v+T,刀片稳定温度的理论值与模拟值误差在10%以内。该研究成果为圆盘剪的高速剪切设计提供指导参考。As the rolled strip becomes thinner and thinner,the trimming speed of the production line also increases accordingly.When the speed of the edge trimmer reaches more than 600 m/min,the temperature has a great influence on the cutting quality and the blade uselife,so it is very important to study the edge trimmer blade temperature.Firstly,this paper simulates the cutting process of the strip based on the ANSYS/LS-dyna software,the blade temperature distribution at different trimming speeds is analyzed.Then according to the cutting temperature field theory,the calculation formula of the blade edge temperature in thermal equilibrium is obtained.The results show that the temperature of the blade edge gradually increases with time,the greater the blade speed,the faster the temperature rise,under the blade steady-state,the calculation formula of the blade temperature is t=1.07v+T.The error between the blade stable temperature theoretical and simulated value is within 10%.The research results provide guidance and reference for the high-speed trimming design of edge trimmer.
