摘 要:在热轧钢卷生产过程中,塌卷和内凸缺陷一直困扰着整个热轧产线。为了分析钢卷塌卷和内凸缺陷产生的原因,本文建立了热轧钢卷卷取过程中的内部应力二维模型,编制了计算流程图,计算出钢卷卷取过程中和卷取完成后卸卷的内部应力分布规律。通过对钢卷内应力的分布规律的研究,分析了塌卷和内凸缺陷产生的机理。热轧带钢卷取过程中的内部径向压应力过大可产生内凸,过小可能产生塌卷。卸卷后钢卷外部和芯部受力变化较大,也是造成塌卷和和内凸缺陷的重要原因。Collapse and internal convex defects have been perplexing the whole production line in the production process of hot rolled coil. In order to analyze the causes of coil collapse and internal convex defects, this paper establishes a two-dimensional model of internal stress in the process of coiling, compiles a calculation flow chart, and calculates the distribution of internal stress in the process of coiling and after coiling. Based on the study of the distribution of the internal stress in the steel coil, the mechanism of the collapse and internal convex defects is analyzed. In the process of coiling, the internal radial stress is too large to produce internal convex, and too small to produce collapse. After the coil is unloaded, the external and core stress of the coil changes greatly, which is also an important reason for the collapse and internal convex defects.
